ADMIC's first development, the project involved the development and operation of the first BHV department store and Monoprix supermarket in Lebanon.

The assignment involved setting up project development procedures and milestones, setting up the framework and monitoring the completion of a market study, conducting a feasibility assessment, advising on the financial impact of different development options, financial structuring, and raising USD 15 MM in equity and USD 10 MM in debt. The project, with a total value of USD 25MM, was structured on a project finance basis.
