The project consisted of the development and operation of a restaurant serving grilled food, to be located on the terrace outside Monoprix-Jnah.  The concept was later altered to a Hippopotamus restaurant.

The assignment involved conducting financial due diligence and assessing the financial feasibility and valuation of the proposed project.
