The client is a Lebanese IT consultant, specializing in the development of business software solutions and seeking to expand throughout the Middle East region.

The assignment involved in-depth financial due diligence on the client's historical operational and financial performance, preparing detailed financial projections, valuing the company under the various strategic options and advising the client with respect to such options. As part of this assignment, ProFinance advised the client on the business analytics side, particularly with respect to the company's revenue recognition and cost allocation methodologies, in order to properly reflect the profitability of the company's various product lines.
