The project involved the development on a BOOT basis of an international conference center along with two hotels, a shopping mall, and an exhibition facility.

The assignment involved conducting financial due diligence on the project, developing detailed financial projections on each of the various project components under consideration, and advising on the financial feasibility of the different project components and of the overall project. In addition, a qualitative evaluation was prepared of the benefits of the project to the Lebanese economy taking into consideration the example of similar projects elsewhere in the world.
