The project is a mixed-use real estate development covering approximately 90 million square meters and creating a city for some 450,000 persons.

The assignment involved restructuring the phasing and development plan of Dubai Waterfront, including conducting market research for and assessing the financial feasibility of the restructured project.  It also involved structuring the project's financing, and presenting the project to potential investors. A detailed financial model was developed to evaluate and advise on the impact of different sales and development strategies on the profitability of each of the neighborhoods and on the valuation and returns of the overall project.
