The assignment involved advising on the project's master plan (asset class mix), development options (phasing of the development process and of land sales), feasibility, and financial structure.  Our role involved regularly attending working/planning sessions with the development team, revising and commenting on market studies, completing both preliminary and detailed financial projections for the different asset classes and for the overall project, and advising on the optimization of the project's feasibility and financial structure.
